When it comes to designing products, branding and websites we at Mhello Studio have come to know all parts of owning and running a brand on a day to day basis requires ‘digital assets’, and what we absolutely know is that when you have custom created stunning polished digital assets your brand and product will stand out front and centre every time. And ‘no’ we do not pump out logo’s and layouts via canva. We do however create custom templates for canva specifically for brands wanting to use in-house.
Digital assets are the visual ‘assets’ or storyboards that can appear in anything from social media posts, website content pages, branded newsletters, ecommerce product images and pretty much anything that is viewed on a phone, tablet or computer. These assets are imperative to the growth and sustainability of your brand and business and at Mhello Studio we know how to create these assets at the highest level and apply them to level up your ‘visual digital presence’. WHAT ARE 'DIGITAL ASSETS'? AND WHY DO WE NEED THEM?
This is a great question and one that is often left to the wayside when brands enter the E-commerce and/or digital world.
Digital presence is everywhere, brands and businesses need a continuous library of ‘digital assets” ie: ‘visuals’ to add to a number of platforms, website, socials, emails the list goes on.
We can create all types of digital assets, and in a number of formats including stills, animated gifs, posters with animation, email signatures, moodboards, website assets for brand storytelling etc.
HOW LONG WILL A DIGITAL ASSETS CREATION PROJECT TAKE?
Typically a full digital assets project will take between 1-3 weeks depending how many are needed. We do however have options for fast tracking a project if needed. This can be discussed in the quote process.
DOES MHELLO WORK WITH ALL BUDGET SIZES ? ie SMALL BUSINESSES OR START UPS - UP TO LARGER BUSINESSES?

We can work to just about any budget, but as they say, ‘how long is a piece of string?’. All our services are tailor made ‘budget wise’ as no two projects are the same. When we go through the early discussions at the quote process, we can talk through all the items requested and at that point decide what is essential. We know every business will need different things and we work with you to achieve your key brand goals within your budget.

It’s our secret passion for ‘reworking’ photos. We know that websites require images to sometimes be transformed to ‘fit’. Sometimes they just don’t look ‘fabulous’ or they are too dark, dull, have strange shadows or just don’t ‘wow’ you. We can turn your ‘run of the mill’ image into ‘the perfect fit for your website, newsletter or social media campaign. We will always find the ‘good side’ of any image!

Create
This is where we roll our sleeves up and design. Our strategy is implemented referencing back to all key factors discussed. And nailing the brief.
Refine
An important phase of the process where we review and refine down to the pixel and ensure we have created what is required. we allow for 2 rounds of changes in the Digital Assets Package.
Hand Over
This is where we hand over all the digital assets we have created and work through all the ways they can be applied across different forms of media.
Files are supplied in several formats to fit all kinds of media specifications and dimensions.
Apply/Thrive
At mhello studio we want our clients to thrive, and assist in taking our clients products, and brand to where they want to be. We check in to see our design work in the wild and collect feedback for future referencing.
