Packaging Design

2-6 WEEKS | POA

Products and packaging require a specific type of design. Understanding the form and function of a product and creating packaging to house, promote and essentially present the brand and the item are essential.

At Mhello our extensive experience over 20+ years across the wholesale and retail industry means we literally have taken products from an ‘idea’ all the way to a developed product, individually packaged design (or a full range) through to the evolution of physical branded products selling in retail shops and online across Australia and the USA. A number of products have been sold in well known Independent Australian stores and department stores, and in recent years a number of high profile retail stores in the USA such as Anthropologie, Nordstroms, Paper Source and Sundance (to name a few).

In addition to selling throughout Australia, New Zealand, Asia and the USA, key products have graced the pages of Australian magazines such as Inside Out Magazine, Real Living, Vogue Australia, Marie Claire, Home Beautiful and US publication O Magazine (Oprah Magazine) to name a few.

Product & packaging design and development often requires specific ‘industry’ experience which we bring to the table. Some key points to keep in mind are a detailed knowledge of global packaging specifications requirements, packaging size metrics for streamlined logistics processes for B2B brands or online only products, and a ‘literal’ experience of the product to shelf process.
